Job summary

Grace Worldwide in Queensland is seeking a motivated warehousing professional to support daily operations behind the scenes and on the road. You’ll help with record management, order processing, and efficient information handling.

Requirements include a valid Australian driver’s licence, optional forklift and stock picker licences, and RF scanning experience. We value strong customer service and good communication in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence required for the secondary role component.
• Forklift Licence and Stock Picker Licence are highly desirable/preferred.
• RF scanning experience desirable; training provided if required.
• Previous warehouse or transport industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage.
• Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests.
• Operating with scanners and PCs as part of daily workflow.

Day to Day

Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage

Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests

Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

The Right Fit

A valid Australian driver’s licence is required for the secondary component of the role

Forklift Licence (highly desirable)

Stock Picker Licence (preferred)

RF scanning experience (desirable; training provided if required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Previous warehouse or transport industry experience (preferred)
