Job summary

Murrumbidgee Local Health District in Batlow/Adelong is seeking a Facility Nurse Manager to lead regional health services on a temporary basis until 5 June 2027. This senior role focuses on operational and professional leadership, improving quality and safety, and workforce development across local health services.

You will oversee budgeting, resource utilisation, and partnerships with multidisciplinary teams while supporting contemporary models of care in a regional NSW setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA and experience suitable for Nurse Manager Grade 3.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in healthcare.
• Qualifications in health management or related field, or progress toward.
• Ability to lead complex services, budgets, and workforce planning.
