Job summary

Grafton Base Hospital and Health Service in regional NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a contract basis for approximately six weeks, starting as soon as possible and ending 22 November 2026.

You'll deliver emergency care as part of a high-acuity ED team, bringing clinical expertise to a busy regional hospital environment and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in an Emergency Department or Short Stay Unit.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• ALS certification and postgraduate qualification/experience in Emergency Nursing is advantageous.

Responsibilities
