Job summary

Gladstone Hospital in Queensland is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a four-week contract in the Emergency Department from 21 December 2026 to 17 January 2027. This role offers exposure to high-acuity patient care in a dynamic ED setting.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and have emergency nursing experience with ALS Level 2 certification, IV cannulation, and neonatal/paediatric life support knowledge.

Qualifications

• ALS Level 2 certification required.
• Emergency nursing experience including triage and resuscitation.
• Competence in IV cannulation and acute patient assessment.
• Knowledge of Paediatric Advanced Life Support protocols and neonatal care principles.
• Familiarity with ICU ventilator management and acute care documentation.
