The Queensland Government's Maritime Safety Queensland is seeking an Area Manager for the Cairns Region to strategically lead marine safety and waterway operations across diverse waterways. You will oversee a team, manage budgets, and drive statewide program objectives.

You will engage with government bodies, councils, communities and industry, provide specialist advice on legislation, coordinate emergencies, and ensure compliance with WHS and safety standards.
