Job summary

Transform Life Pty is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy leader to join as Regional Manager, guiding an established OT team across Australia. You will oversee clinical and operational performance, support workforce planning, and provide leadership to the National Manager – Occupational Therapy, including coverage during absences.

This remote-first role allows you to base yourself anywhere in Australia, managing clinicians virtually while keeping a small local caseload of community

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Strong NDIS experience and advanced clinical judgement.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing OTs in NDIS or community allied health.
• Understanding of clinical operations, caseload management and team performance.
• Ability to lead and connect with a geographically dispersed team.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

• Monitor team performance, caseloads, capacity and service delivery.

• Develop emerging leaders as the service expands.
• Maintain a small NDIS caseload of local clients.

Work from home anywhere in Australia, with genuine flexibility and autonomy.

Work closely with our National OT Manager while maintaining a small local caseload.

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy leader to join Transform Life as a Regional Manager, leading an established team while helping shape the continued growth of our OT service.

You’ll oversee clinical and operational performance, support workforce planning and service improvements, and provide broader leadership support to our National Manager – Occupational Therapy, including management coverage during periods of absence.

Our remote-first model means you can be based anywhere in Australia, supporting clinicians virtually while maintaining a small caseload of local community-based clients.

We’re big enough to support you, small enough to know you — with national clinical leadership and established systems, but fewer layers between clinicians and decision-makers.
