Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Mid North Coast region, providing operational leadership, strategic direction and people leadership across our clinic network.

You will collaborate with clinic teams, doctors and key stakeholders to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional patient care and strong business performance across multiple sites, including MRI and PET/CT services.

• Lead regional strategy, change initiatives and continuous improvement across five radiology clinics including MRI and PET/CT services.

Location: Flexible within the Mid North Coast region with regular travel across Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Armidale.

We are opening an opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead our Mid North Coast region, providing operational leadership, strategic direction and people leadership across our clinic network.

As part of the NSW/ACT/WA Business Unit Leadership Team, you will work closely with clinic teams, doctors and key stakeholders to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional patient care and business performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a region that delivers vital healthcare services across some of NSWs' most vibrant communities. The region encompasses five radiology clinics across Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie and Armidale, including both community, private and public hospital sites. These comprehensive imaging centres provide a broad range of advanced diagnostic services, including MRI and PET/CT, supporting patients, referring clinicians and specialist care pathways across the region.
