Job summary

Rimfire Resources seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the northern business research unit, covering field operations and logistics across Northern NSW, South West QLD and Central QLD, with Goondiwindi and Narrabri as key collaboration points.

You will report to the Northern Business Manager, lead 7 direct reports, ensure delivery of clients and trial objectives, with about 60% office and 40% field time, including training staff and running a small field trial program.

Qualifications

• Agronomy knowledge and familiarity with crops grown in this geographic region.
• Field trial (R&D) and logistics experience with good attention to detail.
• Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture/ Business /Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage the northern business research unit's field operations and logistics.
• Lead a team of 7 direct reports to meet trial objectives.
• Balance work 60% in the office and 40% in the field, including staff training and running a small field trial program.
• Travel regularly to regional offices.
