Job summary

Home in Place is seeking a reliable Carpenter to deliver maintenance, repairs and improvements across social housing properties from the Beresfield office in the Hunter region. You will perform carpentry tasks with a focus on safety and compliance, maintaining quality workmanship for tenants.

Ideal candidates hold a trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery, have residential maintenance experience, and possess a current NSW Driver Licence along with a White Card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry maintenance, repairs and improvement works across properties.
