Job summary

Inhabit, part of the Egis Group, is seeking a Regional Leader for the Façade and Sustainability team in North Sydney. You will lead an integrated team of façade and sustainability specialists delivering high-performance building envelopes across the region.

You will combine people leadership, technical excellence and commercial acumen to drive operational excellence, grow the practice and deliver commercially viable, technically robust outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in façade engineering or building envelope design.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team in façade and sustainability.
• Translate strategy into priorities, goals and measurable outcomes.
• Manage budgets, revenue, profitability and cash flow for the region.
