Job summary

LocumCo is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead two community pharmacies in regional Queensland. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and delivering 8CPA services while managing inventory and daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years Australian pharmacy experience with PIC or management exposure, strong communication, and leadership abilities. Relocation support and accommodation are offered to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Australian pharmacy experience with PIC or management exposure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Sound product knowledge and clinical competence.
• Immunization accreditation is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality patient counseling to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Conduct clinical interventions and 8CPA services.
• Manage inventory and process daily stock orders.
• Oversee daily store operations across two pharmacies.
