Job summary

Brisbane Broncos is seeking a Regional Program Lead to oversee career pathway and mentoring programs for Indigenous youth across Southern Queensland and Northern NSW. You will liaise with schools, communities and government partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

The role requires leading diverse teams, data-driven decision making and strong relationship-building across multiple locations, with a focus on Indigenous engagement and program

Qualifications

• Experience leading community, education or government-funded programs with contractual outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and partners.
• Proven leadership across multiple locations with coaching and development skills.
• Knowledge of factors affecting Indigenous youth outcomes and engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and performance of regional programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and KPI achievement.
• Build relationships with communities, schools, government agencies and industry partners.
• Coach and support Student Support Officers and regional teams to foster performance.
• Represent Brisbane Broncos and Beyond the Broncos programs in events and partnerships.
• Collaborate to deliver objectives, strengthen partnerships and maximise participant outcomes.
• Monitor data to identify trends, measure impact and drive improvement.
• Ensure operations, records and reporting comply with contractual and government requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across the region with education and government leaders.
• Contribute to developing program resources, proposals and initiatives.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, values-driven culture aligned with Broncos values.
