Job summary

Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools is seeking a Principal's Personal Assistant at St Joseph's Regional College, Port Macquarie. The role is full-time and permanent, working 38 hours per week with a commencement date of 28 January 2027.

The successful candidate will support the Principal, coordinate schedules, and engage with staff, families and community partners to uphold the college’s mission. Applicants must demonstrate confidentiality, strong administrative skills, and familiarity with WHS

Qualifications

• well-developed communication, administrative and office skills with an ability to deal confidently and effectively with people at all levels
• capacity to show initiative and demonstrate effective time management, organisational and planning skills with an ability to meet pressing deadlines
• highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft and Google applications with willingness to learn new systems
