Job summary

Coates is seeking a Regional Manager - Specialist to lead the operational performance of our specialist business across Engineering Solutions, Traffic & Events, Industrial Services and Power & HVAC. The role oversees branch and installation teams and contractors, with up to 50 direct reports, reporting to the Executive General Manager.

You will align operational capability, fleet readiness and workforce planning with customer demand, drive safety, efficiency and compliance, and ensure delivery

• Strong focus on safety-first culture and compliance.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with operational capability.
