Job summary

Byfields Business Advisers in regional WA is offering a Graduate Accountant Program designed to turn your accounting degree into real client work and professional growth.

You'll work with mentors, get hands-on exposure across tax, business services and accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, Agrimaster), and build client relationships while supporting regional communities from Northam, Narrogin, Wagin, Merredin or Esperance.

Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed an accounting university degree.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Curious, proactive and eager to develop professionally.
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people.
• Organised, adaptable and detail oriented.
• Be based in or relocate to regional WA offices.

Responsibilities

• Work across tax, business services and accounting advisory.
• Participate in real client work with mentorship.
• Learn and use Xero, MYOB and Agrimaster in daily tasks.
• Develop client relationships and technical skills.
• Contribute to regional community-focused projects.
