Spinifex Recruiting is seeking a Fleet & Workshop Manager to lead a busy on-farm workshop operation in regional NSW. Based in Gooloogong, you will oversee workshop activities, maintenance planning, compliance, reporting and budgets, with contractor management and daily operations oversight.

This leadership role goes beyond the workshop floor as you coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure fleet, plant and equipment activities are efficient, safe and compliant.
