Job summary
Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair material handling equipment across Mackay and surrounding regional areas. You will travel to customer sites and operate autonomously, while enjoying the backing of a national organisation.

Qualifications
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification required.
- Experience with mobile plant, forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
- Current driver's licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
- Attend breakdowns and respond to customer service requirements.
- Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Maintain service records and job documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical support.
- Work with the Newcastle Branch and wider service network.
- Manage daily schedule while working autonomously in the field.
