Job summary

COMPLETE Portables is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance across company-owned and operated facilities throughout WA (Metro and Regional). The role plays a key part in supporting our modular manufacturing and installation working closely with, manufacturing, and site teams.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience working in the construction industry in a similar position
• Ability to develop, review and approve all project related management plans and facilitate approval and agreement from the Project Partners
• Able toprovide overall direction for and support the implementation of project related management plans
• Ensure sufficient resources are made available for implementation of all project management plans
• Advanced specialist and managerial skills to achieve the delivery of significant projects
• Innovative and specialist problem solving skills to critically analyse and apply risk assessments for complex and significant projects
• Provide advanced specialist advice to monitor and maintain project scope and cost control on multiple complex contracts or at major project level
• Motivates, mentors, coaches and develops team members to achieve business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance works
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and delivery of projects
• Liaise closely with designers, drafts people, engineers, manufacturing and site teams
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage risks, variations, and non-conformances
• Support continues improvement across project and facility delivery
