Job summary

The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Services Team Leader to drive the delivery of employment programs across a designated region. This hands-on leadership role blends operational support with strategic contribution, working with frontline staff and the Employment Services Manager to improve performance and service excellence.

Based in the Kiewa region (Albury and Wodonga) with travel across the region and potential work at other sites, the role includes a company vehicle and flexible

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in employment services or related operational roles.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with a desire to progress into senior leadership.
• Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or Frontline Management preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; reliable travel across region.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to frontline staff across your region.
• Assist in managing business operations and contract compliance.
• Support local strategies and performance initiatives for Employment Services.
• Travel within the region to support service delivery and team engagement.
• Represent The Personnel Group in local engagements and stakeholder interactions.
