Job summary

Volley Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian manufacturer for a Regional Manager to oversee SA, VIC, TAS and NT. The role focuses on leading regional sales and service operations, driving performance, profitability and growth across multiple states while maintaining active customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a background in the heavy vehicle sector, with progression from hands-on trades or workshop roles into senior leadership, sales or operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of regional teams in heavy vehicle or transport industries.
• Experience delivering commercial results and growing revenue.
• Strong P&L accountability and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of SA, VIC, TAS and NT markets in transport/trailer sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and operations across SA, VIC, TAS and NT.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and regional market expansion.
• Own regional P&L, budgeting, forecasting and expenditure control.
• Coach and develop Business Development Managers.
• Maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with workshop leadership to maximise productivity.
