Job summary

Kanda is seeking a Regional Manager in Australia to lead a regional portfolio, ensuring service quality, compliance and financial performance. You will guide Service Managers, drive NDIS-aligned practices, and foster a culture of person-centred care across multiple sites.

You will partner with government bodies, families and stakeholders while upholding Kanda’s values and ethical standards. This role focuses on strong leadership and regional operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within the disability sector.
• Knowledge of the NDIS Act and NDIS Practice Standards.
• Experience managing budgets and performance reporting.
• Experience managing SIL or SDA service agreements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers across the region.
• Build relationships with government departments, the NDIS Commission, funding bodies, families and community stakeholders.
• Manage service agreements, SIL agreements and funding arrangements across the regional portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs, action plans and risk management frameworks, and present regional data to inform executive decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across supported accommodation settings to keep environments safe, compliant and well-maintained.
• Champion Kanda's values and a culture of ethical, person-centred practice across every area of responsibility.
