Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in Australia.
• Experience in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments or ADL assessments is desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple funding streams (NDIS, DVA, TAC, WorkSafe Victoria).

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments.
• Assess, prescribe and review Assistive Technology and home safety needs.
• Complete home modification assessments and recommendations.
• Support adults after injury or illness to maximize independence at home.
• Collaborate with families, carers and the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare high-quality reports and contribute to service development.
