You will mentor managers, collaborate with internal, regional, and global partners, and drive strategy, quality, and timely delivery of trials in the region. This role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and resource optimization in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline with progressive clinical operations experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with 6+ years in clinical operations.
• Strong leadership and management experience across regional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and mentorship to clinical study managers for assigned portfolio.
• Collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Contributes to regional Clinical Operations strategy and performance metrics.
• Oversees resourcing and capability development for regional study management.
• Ensures resources and deliverables align with portfolio goals.
