Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Head of Clinical Trial Liaison to join the Global Site Management team within Global Clinical Operations. You will lead a diverse, global team and direct strategy implementation for field-based operations spanning multiple regions.

This senior role reports into the Head of Global Site Management and requires strong negotiation and communication skills, with extensive experience in global clinical trial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of relevant industry/CRO experience.
• Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams at senior management level.
• Extensive knowledge of global clinical trial operations across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in business English with cross-cultural experience across regions.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy implementation for a multi-disciplinary field-based operations capability across regions.
• Lead a diverse global team and oversee career development, performance, and succession planning for the CTL organization.
• Establish broad function-wide objectives and develop, modify, and oversee organization-wide policies and processes.
• Provide strategic oversight of FSP relationships, ensuring operational effectiveness and quality deliverables.
• Act as senior point of escalation on complex, precedent-setting issues.
• Represent Global Site Management and the CTL function across key forums and leadership meetings.
• Maintain a field-facing presence with investigator site staff and CRO representatives.
• Apply negotiation skills to secure budgets, resources, and executive sponsorship for CTL initiatives including AI-enabled processes.
