Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Study Lead to oversee regional study delivery, ensure inspection readiness, and manage external partners.

You will drive feasibility, site selection, and regulatory submissions across the region, coordinating with global study teams to meet timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and in-depth clinical operations experience in biotech/pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4+ years in clinical research within biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience as team lead in clinical functions; CRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for regional study delivery with inspection readiness quality, within timelines and budget.
• Leads the regional clinical operations team and oversees external partners.
• Ensures alignment of regional deliverables with overall study goals.
• Leads planning and management from feasibility to closeout for region.
• Generates and maintains high quality startup and recruitment timelines.
• Drives trial feasibility, country allocation and site selection in region.
• Ensures regulatory submissions and regional TMF QC are up to date.
• Manages data collection and supports Clinical Study Report planning.
