Qualifications

• Extensive civil engineering leadership experience.
• Experience delivering transport civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong client relationship management and BD capability.
• RPEQ certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of complex civil projects from concept to construction.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Drive project quality and compliance with standards.
