Job summary

William Adams is seeking a Branch Supervisor at the Horsham branch to lead day-to-day operations across Service, Parts, Field Service and Administration. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, safety leadership and owning branch performance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will coach technicians, apprentices and coordinators, drive efficiency, and strengthen customer relationships with Sales and Product Support to enhance overall branch results.

Qualifications

• Senior service or branch leader with commercial and operational experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of service/repair operations.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and branch performance.
• Clear commercial awareness with ability to improve results.
• Proven ability to coach and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts, Field Service and Administration.
• Coach and develop Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands and Coordinators.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure a compliant workplace.
• Own branch financial and operational performance including productivity and profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships with Sales, PSSRs, Parts and Product Support.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the branch.
