Job summary

Skills Hubs is seeking a QLD Regional Engagement Manager for the Regional, Rural and Remote Home Care Workforce Support Program. The role leads community engagement across Regional, Rural and Remote locations in Queensland, building partnerships with care providers, training organisations and community groups while travelling as needed.

You will gather insights, support program delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to connect local workforce needs with training and recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in community services, the aged care or disability sector in a not-for-profit environment.
• Ability to travel across regional Queensland and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local and regional stakeholders involved in the care economy using a sustainable community development approach.
• Gather key insights and data to shape effective and efficient Program delivery.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to connect local needs to Program solutions.
