Job summary

ARRCS (Australian Regional and Remote Community Services) is seeking a passionate Multi-Site Residential Aged Care Manager to lead three facilities in Alice Springs, overseeing a large multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the lives of older Australians.

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Residential Care, you will drive quality care, operational excellence and financial performance across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, workforce development and a culture that values residents,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams within aged care or a similar health discipline.
• Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, compliance and governance requirements.
• Sound financial and business management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture focused on resident wellbeing, safety and quality outcomes.
• Ensure excellence in clinical governance, regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Support teams to deliver personalised, evidence-based care that enhances residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, carers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of three residential aged care facilities.
• Manage budgets, resources, occupancy and funding outcomes to ensure sustainable service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and service improvement.
• Lead, coach and mentor a large multidisciplinary workforce.
• Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
