GAC International Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager for NSW, VIC, and QLD to lead service, parts, technical support and customer engagement. You will optimise post-sales operations, manage stock and recalls, and collaborate with dealers to drive performance and loyalty.

The role emphasizes inventory control, KPI tracking, and alignment with OEM standards, with a focus on delivering superior customer service and support across Oceania markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national aftersales strategy across service, parts, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse technical and warranty processes to identify improvement opportunities associated with customer/dealer's product concerns.
• Responsible for AASRA and MVIS framework management, compliance and record keeping.
• Oversee the Recall and Campaign management local and HQ China requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on dealer network performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of aftermarket parts to meet customer demand without overstocking.
• Implement inventory control systems to track parts usage, reorder points, and lead times.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with internal departments, including Sales and Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure Aftersales initiatives align with broader business objectives.

About this Role

The Regional Aftersales Manager is responsible for leading and optimising all post-sales operations, including service, parts, technical support, and customer engagement. This position is responsible for parts logistics and ensuring adherence to OEM standards and internal key performance indicators (KPIs).
