Job summary

Ventia is seeking Refrigeration Mechanics (HVAC) to join our team at RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook, WA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems across Defence facilities, contributing to safe, reliable operations.

We offer a stable, full-time role with a five-day week and a monthly RDO, a company vehicle, PPE, uniform and iPad, and a supportive team culture. Eligibility for Defence security clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Hold Refrigeration Mechanic trade qualification and Refrigerant Handling License (RAC).
• Hold a current Restricted electrical licence.
• Hold a current LVR and CPR (1-year validity).
• Hold a White Card.
• Eligible to hold Defence Security Clearance; Australian citizen and able to obtain AFP check.

An exciting opportunity supporting the Australian Defence Force, working a standard 5-day week with a monthly RDO we are seeking Refrigeration Mechanics (HVAC) to join our team based at RAAF Pearce in Bullsbrook, WA. You will be responsible for maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems across Defence facilities.

About You

• Proven experience in a Commercial/Industrial environment
• Hold a current Refrigeration Mechanic trade qualification & Refrigerant Handling License( RAC)
• Hold a current Restricted electrical licence
• Hold a current LVR and CPR (1- year validity)
• Hold a White Card

• Hold a current Australian Driver's License & own transport to drive across sites.

• Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
