Recharged Air & Electrical in Stratford QLD is seeking an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to support government, commercial, and residential contracts. You’ll work across split systems, ducted, cassette units and commercial equipment, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

The role involves installing, servicing and repairing systems, diagnosing faults, and collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver reliable, professional results.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• At least six months’ post-qualification trade experience
• Current driver’s license
• Blue card working with children
• Relevant industry licences and accreditations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own hand & battery tools

Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic

Due to continued growth across our government and commercial contracts, as well as the continued expansion of our residential division, we’re looking for a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.

We work across a broad range of equipment, including split systems, ducted systems, cassette units and commercial. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety without being treated like just another number.

We’re a close-knit team that takes pride in doing quality work, helping each other out and having a good laugh along the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Installing, servicing and repairing domestic and commercial air-conditioning systems

• Servicing, repairing or replacing commercial refrigeration equipment

• Diagnosing faults and completing work to a high standard

• Communicating professionally with customers and other team members

What we’re looking for

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
