Job summary

Techforce Personnel is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Brisbane team. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary based on experience and a fully maintained company vehicle, with the work-life balance of a 9-day fortnight.

You will service and maintain commercial, industrial and residential HVAC systems, diagnose faults, and liaise with clients and suppliers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Restricted Electrical Work Licence.
• QBCC Licence.
• Current Queensland Driver’s Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial, industrial and residential air conditioning systems.
• Service and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown and repair work.
• Install commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and additional works.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as required.
• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and team members.
