Job summary

Genesis Fitness Club in Port Macquarie is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Reformer Pilates instructors to join a supportive team. You will work with a great team to deliver engaging reformer classes for a diverse participant base.

Qualified in Reformers Pilates with current fitness registration, First Aid and CPR, you will communicate effectively with participants and contribute to a friendly, inclusive fitness community. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified in fitness field with reformer Pilates training.
• New graduates with reformer training encouraged to apply.
• Current fitness registration and clean certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with participants of diverse ages and needs.
• Work independently and as a strong team member.
• Plan and organise reformer Pilates classes within the facility timetable.
• Participate in in-house training and ongoing learning.

The Role

Now is the time to join the Reformer Pilates team at Genesis Fitness Club, Port Macquarie. We arelooking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer PilatesInstructors to work with a great team.

You will have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.

Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field, new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Attributes

• Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
• Certificate III in Fitness
• Certificate in Reformer Pilates
• Current fitness registration
• Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
• Prepared to participate in in-house training
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• National Police Check
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
