Job summary

Genesis Fitness, part of Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, is seeking enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join a nationwide network of clubs. The role requires qualified instructors, reformer training for new graduates encouraged, and a strong customer-service mindset with a focus on safety and client well-being.

Applicants must hold Working with Children Checks, Senior First Aid, CPR, and Infection Control Training, and be willing to participate in in-house training and police

Qualifications

• Qualified in their chosen field, reformer training encouraged for new graduates.
• Working with Children's Check is required.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
• Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19) is required.
• Prepared to participate in in-house training and undergo police checks.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and communication.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

The Role

Genesis is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer PilatesInstructors to work with a great team. If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion, skill and with the support of the world’s leading then Genesis Fitness is for you.

Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field, new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Relevant Program Certification (eg Reformer Pilates)
• Working with Children's Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
• Prepared to participate in in-house training
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Desirable:

• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body preferred

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
