The Opportunity
Cleanaway's Wetherill Park facility is one of Australia's leading oil re-refining operations, processing more than 40 million litres annually and returning valuable resources back into circulation.
As Refinery Manager, you will lead refinery operations and maintenance functions, building a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who understands how to balance safety, plant performance and production outcomes within a complex industrial environment.
You bring a strong process mindset and the ability to lead teams through operational improvement while maintaining high standards of compliance and process safety.
