Job summary

Sunshine Coast Radiology, part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group), is seeking a Referrer Relationship Specialist to own a Sunshine Coast territory, building relationships with GPs and allied health professionals, driving referral growth and promoting imaging services.

You will manage your schedule, work autonomously within a supportive team, and collaborate with marketing and clinical colleagues to deliver a standout referrer experience across the region.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Queensland Business Relationships Manager, you’ll take ownership of a Sunshine Coast territory, developing strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, specialists, and practice teams. You’ll be trusted to manage your schedule, identify growth opportunities, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our presence within the local healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare referrers across your territory
• Increase awareness and utilisation of Sunshine Coast Radiology services
• Identify new business opportunities and support referral growth
• Coordinate educational events, practice visits, networking opportunities, and promotional activities

• Collaborate closely with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional referrer experience

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting professional relationships. You may come from healthcare, radiology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, business development, account management, or a customer-focused sales and marketing background. You’ll bring:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and business stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience in healthcare, radiology, medical terminology, CRM systems, or referral management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
