OTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service, keep the store clean and welcoming, and support guests with product information and promotions. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be on your feet for long periods, may lift items, and must be available for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
