Job summary

OTR is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Queensland. You will be at the front line, delivering friendly service to Guests and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked and welcoming throughout shifts.

This fast-paced role requires multitasking and strong time management as you move between customers, shelves, and checkout tasks. You will need to be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods, be available for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends,

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn about products and promotions.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
