OTR Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet guests, keep the store welcoming and well-stocked, handle inquiries, and support team members across shifts. Flexibility for late nights, early mornings and weekends is required. Australian working rights and a police clearance are part of the pre-employment checks.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
