Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a proactive Brand Ambassador to cover a Queensland territory. In this full-time role, you’ll drive sales with local supermarkets, steward relationships, and implement in-store experiences for shoppers.

You will manage the Red Bull portfolio, collaborate with store managers, and ensure displays are well-maintained. A relevant retail background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer retail or supermarket environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working across a physical, fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store managers and Red Bull field teams.
• Manage Red Bull portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Create and drive in-store experiences for customers and promotions.
• Negotiate and pre-sell promotional spaces.
• Maintain quality in-store displays and stock levels.
• Perform regular stock counts, ticketing and replenishment.

We are seeking positive and dynamic people to join our team of Red Bull Corporate Grocery Strikers in a Full-Time role to promote and drive sales and experiences in the local communities we serve.

We offer a competitive salary package which includes a car allowance and incentives.

The territory for this role is: Marsden, Holmview, Meadowbrook, Greenbank, Flagstone, Logan Reserve, Jimboomba, Yarriablba, Park Ridge, Brown Plains and surrounding suburbs.

Job Overview / Responsibilities

• Building and driving strong relationships with key stakeholders: Coles & Woolworths Store Managers and Red Bull Internal Field Team
• Manage the Red Bull portfolio within your allocated territory of Corporate Grocery Stores
• Develop and drive instore experience for customers
• Negotiating & Pre-Selling promotional space
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Perform stock counts, ticketing and replenishment tasks
• Work autonomously but with an overall team focus
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and Red Bull positively and professionally.

Preferred experience and attributes:

• Have worked in customer-facing role, retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable
• Must be available across Tuesday to Saturday
• Must be well presented, reliable, and able to pivot around business requirements
• A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
