Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Villawood NSW is seeking an experienced Recycling Team Leader to guide a busy recycling operation. The role combines hands-on work with people leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and safe, efficient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has prior recycling or similar industry experience, proven leadership ability, and reliable, punctual conduct. Forklift licence is a bonus; temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.

Location: Villawood
Pay: $45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Employment: Temp to Perm

We are currently looking for an experienced Recycling Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Villawood.

The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, reliable and able to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can confidently guide and support a team while also being involved in the day‑to‑day work.

About the role:

• Ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
• Take initiative and help resolve issues as they arise
• Work alongside the team and lead by example

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment is essential
