Job summary

Heavenly Hands Medical Solutions in Prospect, SA is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to recruit and onboard RNs, ENs and other healthcare workers for agency and casual opportunities.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, maintain an active talent pipeline, ensure compliance, and work with bookings and operations to meet workforce demand.

As our workforce continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Specialist who understands the demands of healthcare recruitment and knows how to find, engage and onboard quality candidates.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be recruiting and onboarding RNs, ENs and other healthcare workers for agency and casual opportunities.

You’ll manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to compliance and onboarding. You’ll also work closely with our bookings and operations teams and provide occasional assistance with casual shift bookings when required.

This role would suit someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently and knows how to build an active candidate pipeline rather than relying only on incoming applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard RNs, ENs and other healthcare workers.
• A proven ability to build and maintain an active talent pipeline.Proactively source candidates rather than relying only on applications.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline across different locations and skill sets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, reference checks, credentialing, compliance and onboarding.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure candidates are compliant, available and ready to accept work.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Work closely with the bookings and operations teams to respond to workforce demand.
• Assist with casual shift bookings and candidate availability when required.Build strong relationships with candidates and internal and external stakeholders.

About You

• Previous experience recruiting RNs, ENs or other healthcare professionals.
• Experience in healthcare, agency or high-volume recruitment.
• A proven ability to proactively source and engage suitable candidates.
• Experience building and maintaining an active talent pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A good understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• Confidence managing several vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience using an ATS and other recruitment systems.
• The ability to work in a fast-moving environment and respond to short-notice workforce requirements.
• Confidence supporting casual bookings when required.
