Phoenix Source & Select is expanding its national recruitment team in Melbourne's Clayton office, offering an entry-level resourcer role that provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will advertise roles, screen candidates, support consultants, manage onboarding and compliance, and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with training provided; recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level recruitment support role focusing on end-to-end process.
• Excellent communication and admin skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn recruitment lifecycle.
