Job summary

Phoenix Source & Select is expanding its national recruitment team in Melbourne's Clayton office, offering an entry-level resourcer role that provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will advertise roles, screen candidates, support consultants, manage onboarding and compliance, and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with training provided; recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

Due to our continued growth we are now searching for a recruitment resourcer to support our busy national recruitment team based in our Clayton office. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing hands on operational support across the recruitment lifecycle. This role is a fantastic opportunity for entry into the world of recruitment providing you with the full exposure and understanding of the end-to-end process.

The duties, including but not limited to:

• Advertising roles and managing candidate applications
• screening and shortlisting candidates
• Supporting our recruitment consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
• Candidate management, ensuring onboarding and compliance
• Responding to client and candidate communication
• Coordinating and conducting interviews

About you

You will be highly organised, have excellent time management, thrive in a fast paced environment along with:

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Strong administration and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
• Team focused with a can-do attitude
• Willing to learn and take on challenges

Recruitment experience highly advantageous but not essential for the right candidate - training will be provided.
