Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with dealership growth and market competitiveness.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job ads, sourcing, prescreening, structured interviews, and final selection in partnership with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers.
