WorkPac Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our Industrial Recruitment team in Gladstone, QLD. You will work closely with Business Development Managers to fill industrial opportunities, manage candidate relationships, and complete pre-employment checks in a fast-paced setting.

You will provide outstanding service to field employees on placement, contribute to impactful projects, and enjoy a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth within the WorkPac family.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administration or customer service roles.

What will your day look like?

• You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships
• Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications)
• Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement
• Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
