Job summary

Pure Source Recruitment, a small agency in South Brisbane, is seeking a driven recruiter to join a team of six. In the first 6-12 months you will focus on business development, meeting clients to understand their operations and hiring needs, and developing a strong network of candidates.

You will manage full end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, interview candidates, and nurture ongoing relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability and success in a B2B client facing role.
• The desire and willingness to pursue a career in recruitment.
• A competent communicator able to develop and grow professional relationships.
• Willing to learn, and follow set process and structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to learn about their business operations and hiring needs.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment for white-collar professional roles.
• Identify and interview candidates suited to the roles we work on.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
