Medacs is inviting Allied Health professionals in Australia to pivot into recruitment, leveraging clinical expertise into a rewarding career. You’ll build a desk, match AHPs to roles, and partner with healthcare organisations while earning uncapped commissions.

Training is provided to fast-track your transition, with clear progression pathways and a supportive, high-energy team across Australia, the UK, Ireland, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Background in Allied Health (e.g. Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Pathology, Radiography, etc.).
• Desire to transition into recruitment with financial upside.
• Confidence communicating with people and building relationships.
• Willingness to learn in a performance-driven environment.
