Medacs Healthcare and Global Medics is seeking experienced recruitment consultants in healthcare to join a brand with credibility and a focus on relationship-led recruitment. You’ll work on roles that matter, enjoy strong commissions and a platform that supports your best work.

Qualifications

• Several years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or specialist markets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
• Credible management of clients and candidates with strong commercial sense.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Drive outcomes through fast, relationship-led recruitment and regular client visits.
• Lead conversations on commission structures, desks and career growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliant, smooth operations and delivery.
